    Our beautiful 3 story home is the perfect place to spend your summer lakeside vacation, or family ski trip. This vacation rental is for the apartment on the 1st floor of the home. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the home are another apartment which has a completely different entrance, to allow for complete privacy! We have rented the upper apartment for 6 years on VRBO and we have 100 5-Star reviews! If you are interested in the upstairs apartment, or perhaps renting both, that is property #669430 on VRBO. Enjoy a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, dining area, living room, and 1.5 baths, two bedrooms and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Weekend getaway

Location was perfect. It was walking distance to beaches and also shops/ restaurants. We brought our jet skis and it was a 10 min ride to the boat launch. House was beautiful and very clean! I am 100% hopefully renting again next year for our vacation

Clean, quiet and convenient!

Don’t let the location of this home turn you away. It’s a 2 minute drive from downtown, hotels, etc. We stayed here with our dog who typically doesn’t do well when traveling, however, he did so well and felt at home. Extremely clean and spacious and we would 100% book again!

Good location. Walking distance to shops restaurants along beautiful Winnipesaukee. Need to look at cleaning crew. First impressions neat but lots of dirt and crime in corners, floors, oven etc; light in half bath so dim could hardly see in the mirror; shower head drips; AC units covered with dirt in vents. Had a problem with internet access and owner was out of town so took a while to get a response.

We had an amazing stay in Meredith, NH and lake region while attending a family reunion. The house (1st and 2nd/3rd apartments) was immaculate. Town center had a nice selection of restaurants (Enso, Vida's, Surfside, George's Diner, Hart's) to choose from and the property was situated within walking distance to a few as well. Moulton Farm was a hit with abundant produce, farm bakery, and Sal's Fresh Seafood. Our Sylvan pontoon rental from Goodhue Boat Company was seamless with a friendly staff pre- and post-departure. Our Host was very responsive to messaging. We're looking forward to reserving both apartments again once new reunion dates are selected for Summer 2027.

I have been coming to Meredith for years now to visit family. This has been the best place to stay for various reasons: 1.location, very close to town ind if weather had been a little warmer we could have walked everywhere.2. Well stocked kitchen- 3. Beautiful porch- again if it had been warmer, I would have spent all my time sitting out there.4. Parking is behind building so no need to park in street.
