"I really want to love this hotel, but I just can't give it the highest possible scores. My husband and I were there for three nights. We were given one small bar of soap. There should be one next to the sink and one in the shower. It was easy enough to get more from the housekeeper. I unintentionally booked a room without a cooktop, so we had just a tiny microwave. We did, however, have a nice apartment size refrigerator. The room amenities list showed that the room had cookware/dishes/utensils. It didn't, but it did have a dishwasher. Odd. When I asked about it at the front desk, another employee overheard me and let me into the breakfast room so I could grab paper plates and plastic utensils. Breakfast was ok, eggs, potatoes and some kind of protein each day. They also had waffles, bagels, English Muffins and yogurt. The juice machine said 100% orange juice. It was easily the most watered-down juice I'd ever had. Renovations are still going on, just as they were a year ago. The fire door on the third floor was off the hinges, I think because the frame was being painted. Doesn't matter, it's a safety issue. There was a sign on the first floor next to the door going outside next to the pool. It said anyone caught propping the door open would be evicted. However, the workers had propped the door open once with a rock and once with a towel. The room was clean, shower was great, bed was comfortable. Just a lot of little annoyances. "
