"I had a very pleasant stay here. I was offered an upgrade from a single room to double room with balcony. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi of the bathtub! The room was very spacious and clean. After I checked in in the evening I had a hearty and tasty dinner in its lovely and comfortable restaurant whose menu is set at reasonable prices. Although it is not located in an old town centre, it is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Moreover it can be readily reached from the main railway station by tram. There is a convenience store selling stuff at a very reasonable price. By the way, it is just adjacent to a railway station (not tbe main one). If you want to reach this hotel by trian, make sure to check if your train would also stop at that station. In the down side, as my room is facing the main road and a railway station, it can be noisy at early morning. Also, the WiFi signal is rather week inside the room, but strong in the corridor. Overall it is well worth the money. Highly recommended. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Plzeň next time. "

"Nicely located for an easy walk into the town centre, and generally in a very clean and tidy state. And I can honestly say I slept really well, with limited noise and distractions, and a comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff, with a fully covered and good quality breakfast option. Slightly confusing on the Hotel lobby entry point as google takes you to the rear of the building, and so it could do with a couple of clear signs to help ;p More than worth the money for the stay, and would be happy to visit again."

"The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. The room and the bathroom was very clean.There was hand soap available in the bathroom for guests to wash their hands.This hotel is not air-conditioned, which is normal for the Czech Republic with its high rates for electric power."
