A nice hotel to stay at !
The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. The room and the bathroom was very clean.There was hand soap available in the bathroom for guests to wash their hands.This hotel is not air-conditioned, which is normal for the Czech Republic with its high rates for electric power.

Generally a good stay in a spacy room. Only the breakfast service was not too profesional.

Simple,affordable
Location close to train and Urquel brewery, but little else open on Sun. No mat for slippery and high tub. No English TV. Nice room w/couch, but private rm bath down hall. Breakfast simple, but good. Lobby comfortable.

Liked bathroom vanity and size of room. Liked bed. Loved location . Couldn't be any closer to train station and close to old Town. Disliked drapes were not working well. Shower sprayer leaked badly and drain flowed poor. Had to interrupt shower so tub did not fill up. Tub too high for older folks. No non slip strips in tub. Not enough outlets, had to unplug items to charge phone and run CPAP

Hello, we have a possibilty of room for people with handicap and possibility of rooms with shower only, it can prevent problems with high bath tub. Also we can lend you electirc extender :) if you don't have enough outlets. Despite these inconveniences, we hope you will visit our hotel again in the future and we will try our best to make you more comfortable.

Ahhh Plzen the land of A+++ Beer
Front desk Gentlman was great. Hotel is in a great location. A/C didn’t work very well. Breakfast was decent.

Great Day
This hotel is in a convenient location to the Pilzner Brewery. The room was adequate and the breakfast was typical for European morning meal. We stopped here to do a tour of the brewery. The hotel is also located a short walk from the football stadium. Although today the locals lost, there was a street party in the old town square, with bands and street performers. Great food in the restaurant that we chose. All in all a fun day.

Close to everything
We took a weekend trip to Pilzen. This hotel is close to everything! Two minute walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes to square and brewery and museum. It was a little dated but clean and staff were excellent

Not anywhere close to four stars
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Furniture out of date. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, but we were able to air it out. The advertised air conditioning did not do much. Worst of all, they dont dry their towels in a clothes dryer. The towels were hard and crusty. Breakfast was ok. Bed was so so. Would not return.

Perfekt für Bahnreisende
Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, und mein Zimmer war riesig, ging aber auf eine ziemlich befahrene Straße raus, so dass offene Fenster kein Thema sind, auch die Pilsner Brauerei und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar

Gut sehr freundliches Personal Frühstück war auch aufgrund der schwierigen Corona Zeit sehr gut und reichlich. Das ComfortZimmer mit zwei Räumen sehr gemütlich

Die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer ist mangelhaft. Der Zustand des Zimmers ist schlecht. Das Frühstück ist ein sehr kleines Buffet. Da das Hotel direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof liegt, kann man nachts nicht das Fenster offen lassen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Keinerlei Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Stadt ist sehenswert und die Menschen wenig kommunikativ!
