Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn ...

Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me
