Arrowhead Lake Community is a private community with many beautiful amenities such as:
- 2 lakes,
- 4 beaches
- 3 seasonal pools in a community
- Basketball and tennis courts
- Lodge with fitness room and billiards room
- Community playgrounds

Arrowhead Lake REQUIRES A MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY FEE and a prior registration of guests. The registration must be completed AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY.

This fee includes:
*** ADMINISTRATION FEE: $20
*** VEHICLE GATE CARD: $20 per vehicle
*** TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP: $8.50 per person age 6 & up PER NIGHT

This fee is mandatory because otherwise, the community will not allow you to enter. So after you book our home, you will need to submit an additional payment, which must be paid at least 3 days prior to your stay.

For the registration, you will need to provide me with the following information:

- Number of guests above 6 years old and the total number of guests
- Vehicles information (Make, Model, Year, License, State, and Driver Name ) of each car
- Your email address

If you cancel your booking, community registration can be cancelled at any time prior to arrival, HOWEVER, only cancellations submitted not less than three (3) days prior to arrival will be eligible for a refund. Only Temporary Membership fees and Vehicle Gate Card fees are refundable. So, administrative fee is non-refundable. THIS RELATES ONLY TO COMMUNITY FEES REFUNDS NOT HOUSE RENT. Some of the amenities offered by the community are seasonal and may be closed due to other reasons.
