Lakefront townhouse with club beach and pool

Our relaxing townhouse consists of a large eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor. Find the bar area to store and grab drinks from the beverage cooler. The buffet cabinet in the dining area houses cards, puzzles and games for family game night! Cozy-up around the gas fireplace to watch movies or stream your favorite show. Living room LG TV also has cable channels. Sofa table adds plenty of extra seating for your group.

Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Wake up to a breathtaking lake view from the master bedroom each morning. All bedrooms have LG Smart TVs with streaming only. Kids room has a Play Station 3 with games and an assortment of books.

Out the back slider door, you’ll find the deck with 2 kayaks stored beneath for your use. Use the propane grill to cook up a yummy dinner under the string lights. Afterwards, use the propane fire pit to warm up on chilly nights and make s’mores. The deck closet contains life jackets, water shoes, beach chairs, corn hole and can jam for your use at the beach and lake. The beautiful community pool is lined with chaise loungers and umbrellas for shade, so it’s not necessary to lug beach chairs there. There you’ll find a fun water slide, 2 diving boards, lap lanes and volleyball. Enjoy delicious food, ice cream and a variety of adult beverages at the snack bar. Pool is open from mid-June -mid September.
