This cozy Mountain home with a secluded hot tub space and outdoor fire pit will exceed your expectations for your stay in the Poconos. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated to fit one of the seasons, making this a perfect year round getaway!

Fall Room: Master bedroom with a queen bed and futon
Winter Room: Bunk Beds!
Spring Room: Full Bed
Summer Room: Two Full Beds

2 Bathrooms: Fully stocked including hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc.

Laundry Room: Including washer and dryer, laundry pods

Kitchen: Stocked with all the cooking basics

House Rules:

•You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID may be required to confirm the reservation.

•In adherence to the township's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm. No loud noise or music past 10pm.

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•NO FIREWORKS! A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present or observed.


•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.

•Checkin time is 4 PM. Check out time is 10 am

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Pets

Transparency: Please be aware that this rental does NOT come with the use of Lake Naomi or its amenities. There are, however, nearby public lakes you can use.
