Antigo hotel Ibis , mantem boas instalações, quarto espaçoso, bom banheiro, Tv e localização excelente no centro de Poços de Caldas. O café da manhã tem variedades, mas deveria melhorar a qualidade , principalmente de sucos, são todos industrializados e muito açucarados.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de poços mas ainda assim consegue ser silencioso, o que não é comum lá. O conforto deveria ser melhor pelo preço que cobram. Colchão e travesseiros são velhos e desconfortáveis e as toalhas e roupa de cama estavam muito surrados, tornando a estadia pouco confortável. Por esse motivo o custo benefício desse hotel não é bom.

Ficamos hospedados por uma semana e, no geral, a experiência foi muito boa. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de tudo, o que facilita bastante a estadia. O estacionamento é espaçoso, com muitas vagas e coberto; é pago à parte, no valor de R$ 40,00 a diária. O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de pães e doces. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto é espaçoso, com cortinas black-out, o que garante um ótimo descanso, e o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Apenas senti falta de uma cadeira. As toalhas deixam um pouco a desejar, pois estão bem surradas. A limpeza do quarto estava ok, mas a pia do banheiro não estava muito bem limpa. Apesar desses pontos, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.
