I stayed at this hotel in Pocos de Caldas, and it felt expensive for what it offers. The rooms are large and reasonably comfortable, but there are not enough blankets, and you have to request them at the front desk. There were no bathroom mats either. Even after asking, I was given a towel to use as a mat, which was not comfortable. Cleanliness was only average. Some areas, such as behind the beds and between furniture, were not properly cleaned. Breakfast was okay. During my stay, there was no liquid soap in the women’s restroom, even after I specifically requested it for a couple of times. Another concern was a man outside the hotel who appeared intoxicated and possibly had mental health issues. He had free access to the hotel and intimidated some guests. I was told he was a former owner and therefore allowed unrestricted access, which made the situation uncomfortable. Overall, it’s just okay. For the price, I believe there are better options available, and I would choose a different hotel next time.

O hotel é bom, recepção deixa a desejar pois solicitei alimentação via telefone e fiquei por volta de 30 minutos tentando falar com alguém sem sucesso. Depois desse tempo consegui e informaram que o balcão estava bem cheio. Quanto aos funcionários da cozinha só tenho elogios , equipe excelente e destaco duas em especial a Cristina e a Adriana, atendimento nota mil. O apto que ficamos poderia ser dedetizado pois havia formigas, não podíamos deixar alimentos por algum tempo pois elas atacavam, vale uma dedetização. Localização do hotel excelente, estacionamento terceirizado bom.

Excelentes: Localização, Chuveiros (modelo AcquaPlus duplo), Cama, sinal WiFi (trabalhei do quarto), Estacionamento no subsolo, desejum e todo Atendimento do staff. Ajustes: barulho frigobar (precisa gelar mais) e ajustar a vazão d'água dos chuveiros. Recomendo!

O hotel está impecável! Ficou excelente após a reforma: estrutura, organização, limpeza, quartos incríveis com muito conforto e modernidade. O café da manhã é excelente e oferece opções sem lactose e sem glúten. Voltaremos mais vezes! Cada ambiente foi muito bem planejado para que o hóspede se sinta em casa!Deus os abençoe grandemente!
