Seeing how tired we were on arrival, they not only had provided a cold plate of local meats cheeses etc, but also made us dinner that evening. We have never felt so looked after by property owners. Popped over discreetly throughout our stay to service the pool and look after the garden, brought grapes from their own vines and their olive oil. Hospitality was second to none. "We had a wonderful week here. Our highlight was definitely the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped, wifi strong throughout and beds comfy. The owner lives nearby, and was available on WhatsApp when we needed him (new coffee machine). I would suggest the owner could be a little more generous with his guests (he did not leave enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets or laundry soap) and that he should buy some plastic (pool-safe) cups and bowls. "Sumartin ist ein wunderbarer Ort für erholsamen Urlaub. Er ist klein aber fein, man hat alles was man braucht quasi vor der Tür und es gibt ein paar kleine Strände die zu Fuß schnell erreichbar sind. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man vom Ortskern zum Haus zwar nicht weit hat, es aber teilweise recht bergauf geht. "Great location, just steps from the beach and the promenade, perfect for exploring Makarska on foot. It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay."

"Lovely hotel on the coast between Dubrovnik and Split. Rooms were a touch on the small side, but adequate. The pool areas were lovely and there are steps straight down to the beach. There are two little villages each a 10 minute walk along the beach path in either direction. The gym is small, but you can do a workout and it's right by the sea so has good views. Breakfast had lots of options. My only niggle is the fake orange juice from a machine but that seems to be in every hotel in Croatia. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but they will take your car off site if you don't need it. All in all, a lovely relaxing stay."

"Perfect location on the beach… They offer everything! The rooms are just the right size and exactly what you need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic!… The service is very much above the norm! There are so many places along the beach to pop in and get something to eat drink and be married. Lots of activities at the hotel and close by. Highly recommend! Oh! And… The prices are pretty reasonable considering it’s beachfront "
