"Nice, safe neighborhood. Fairly long, 30 minute walk into town so a little bit more challenging to access the tourist areas. "A nice flat, great for a family stay. However, the property was not clean upon arrival—there was a lot of dust and spider webs, which had attracted insects. The owner did clean everything promptly once we pointed it out. "This is a room in a shared apartment with 3 bedrooms. The bedroom door rattles loudly when opening and closing. The window is missing a curtain, making it impossible to sleep in the dark. The bed slats are too short and fall down at the slightest movement. Finally, the owner made us pay an additional fee for a 6th person even though we were 5. Avoid!"

"We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. There is a small cafe/bar area downstairs very convenient for coffee in the mornings (she made oat milk lattes for me too very appreciated). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to an even larger room and we were spoiled by it, we can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Free parking for guests. Again, the most comfortable bed. It doesn't seem like it from the outside but the rooms have a luxurious feel. We will stay here again every time we return to Ljubljana. "
