"Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Maris, Ivana and Fabjan, the friendliest, most welcoming hosts and owners of the property. We were very happy with the spacious home, beautiful pool and grounds, and view of the Adriatic in our backyard, just steps from the sea. The furnishings, kitchens, and bathrooms were very modern and full of all the dinnerware, cookware, and utensils one would need. The infinity pool with jets enhanced our stay, along with comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. In walking distance were a small market and several good restaurants, allowing us to avoid driving into Split for dinner. Our visit to Split was even more special because of the wonderful hosts and home."

"Loved having a balcony with beautiful ocean view with close access to beach, and suites are beachside of road. Bus stop nearby and approx 20 minutes to Split depending on traffic. Good kitchenette and comfy bed. Great to have Standup boards, inflatables, umbrellas & plenty of sun lounges on hand. Beach is pebble and not sand beach, so need thongs or sea shoes. Nice walking path along beach and access to restaurants nearby. A coffee machine & toaster would be a nice addition."

"Small Family run Hotel, Stayed for 7nights, What great time we had, we have 6month old baby, althought there are a few staircases, it was manageable. Breakfast is good, Continental and eggs cooked to your liking, all fresh food lovely. The Evening meals are the highlight, its €37 for 3 course meal, which is different menu each night. All fresh great cooked food. The views from dinner are amazing. The hotel is on a strip which goes 4km+ into the next village, perfect for walks, runs or pushing the baby. Loads of great restraunts down here. We will stay here again, try get a balcony room next time. 100%reccomend. They only accept cash tho for anything. Cashmachine 5min walk away "

"Villa Zanic has easily been a 10/10. If we could give it a higher score we would. Mickey the receptionist was an absolute gem…so friendly, helpful and a wealth of information. Mladen the manager was also so kind and a joy to visit with. He made us the most amazing breakfast and delicious coffee each morning (for a fee). It was wonderful to enjoy the views from the deck and have some great conversation with him. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and we loved our deck!! The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on and the air conditioning in each room made sleeping so comfortable. The walk in rain shower was wonderful to use everyday and unlimited hot water! We loved having the beach outside our door with pool toys to use, deck chairs and umbrellas for free. It was also nice to have onsite parking. We were only a short Uber ride to Split which was recommended because of parking issues in the downtown area. The restaurants in the vicinity are wonderful but especially the one right across the street Dioklecijan… absolute best service and the most delicious food! We can’t say enough good about this place. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for having us… you are all so wonderful. Keep up the great job!! "
