"This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. It never lets you down and the staff are superb. It is truly a home from home."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths — it’s an easy walk from the main train station and close to the city center. The neighborhood is ethnically diverse but felt completely safe at all hours. Having a Lidl right next door was incredibly convenient for quick groceries or snacks. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with our room on the first day, but once I mentioned it, the team addressed it promptly and professionally. The only real downside was that the room could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival. After that initial day, though, everything was fine. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning since it was included in our room rate. It was good and had enough variety, but I wouldn’t personally pay the €27 per person if it weren’t included. We also tried the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening, and that was a standout experience — excellent food, great service, smaller portions, and definitely on the pricier side, but worth it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The combination of location, staff, and convenience made it a solid choice for our trip."

"I would have given 5* but there is major building works opposite the hotel and whilst they can’t control this aspect it should be mentioned. Also we asked for a quiet room on a high floor and were given a room on the first floor above the garage door which you could hear opening and closing at all hours. That said the hotel is clean nice decor friendly staff and good location so still 4*"

"Gambino Hotel is amazing if you are traveling. You get to experience all of Munich City and Werksviertel which has its own night life as well. Coming and not knowing the area or how to use the bus / trains, it is still fairly easy to understand and get directions either by Apple Maps or Google. "
