Wonderful place. The staff is impeccably professional and extremely helpful and polite.
The hotel is very modern with great interior decoration and amenities.
The food at the restaurant is excellent, the menu is very varied with sophisticated items as well as traditional ones, all cooked to perfection.

There was a good staying, nice place and an excellent breakfast. At 4-th floor was not a good pressure of hot water for take a shower and also was limited tv channels watching (no CBS reality,no ID Extra,no Fox News…)Nothing to do in the area .
Very nice hotel with super helpful staff, Maria on reception (28 July 2024, 11.00am) put alot of effort into helping me with an issue i had and i really appreciate it. Thanks very much!
I have traveled around the world quite and this was one of the best hotel experiences.
The place is very centrally located to most restaurants and things you want to visit in Poiana Brașov, the hotel is maintained to the highest standards and the one thing that stood out the most was the hotel staff.
Super friendly and courteous and always with a smile on which is one of the things that is missing in lots of places in Romania.
Very deserved 5 stars and highly recommended.
Spacious rooms
Helpful front desk staff
Accomodated preferences
Variety of food options
Only improvement would be having cooked vegetables at breakfast and fish option
The hotel reception is just a phone that you need to ring to the main reception (hotel next door). The phone and the reception desk are full of dust! Waiting time around 30 min for check in.
Loud noise and smelly from kitchen equipment from the nearby hotel.

La puerta del baño es de vidrio, no hay privacidad.
También hubo muchos niños corriendo en el pasillo fuera de la habitación a todas horas
Sehr gute Lage, toller Service, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich.
Sehr ruhige Panorama Lage in den Bergen, 1200m hoch
Very nice room, actually I had a free upgrade.
Less comfortable: "Bradul" does not have its own breakfast room, I had to walk every morning through an underground passage to the dining room of the next hotel "Sport".
Nice hotel. The only problem is eating there during holidays like Christmas and New Year Eve:
-only NYE dinner - 750€ without accomodation price (no local stars were invited...only on 1 january night wich you had to pay again)
Súper bien ubicado para esquiar sin necesidad de caminar mucho. El servicio del restaurante con una carta muy limitada y siempre lleno de reservaciones, muy pequeño diría yo para la cantidad de gente.
I booked Bradul but i got Sport hotel because Bradul was empty. The room had no view it was in the back of the parking lot and it was small but ok. It was better if they could manage to use the good rooms for people paying this kind of money during weekdays.
Beautiful rooms and views all around.
Beautiful restaurant with big windows to enjoy the mountains and trees.
Nice jacuzzi, and spa area.
Plenty of massage options.
Very good chef at dinner but not enough waiters.
Breakfast was the only think that was really basic and even some of the basic food was bad.
No paincakes or other sweets at breakfast.
No chairs and table in the room ( standard room)
Good service, clean hotel, nice view .The parking is public and no parking places for hotel guests. In season, no parking.
Superbe station de montagne. Hôtel très accueillant, avec tout le confort que l'on attend pour sa catégorie.

Good Reno terrible service
From the moment we arrived the customer service was horrible. The bellhop apparently didn’t understand his job and watched me struggle with suitcases before asking if he should help. Then the hotel we booked is a sister hotel to the first one you arrive at, so the receptionist told us this was not our hotel and pointed to where we had to go. That meant packing up the car again and traveling up a dark unmarked road to the some dimly lite entrance. This receptionist didn’t have any more personality than the first, Rooms were spacious and beds comfy but way to hot. Safe needed repair,
You walk a long corridor to get back to the other hotel for meals. First night we dined and the meal and service were good. Breakfast was over picked by 9 and fair quality. We got back late on Saturday night and ordered food for room service but after waiting 45 mins , my son in law called to inquire where his food was, the lady said that the kitchen was closed, they tried to call and offered no other option. To the hotels credit, when this was discussed with the morning manager, she comped our dinner
We left feeling that tourists are not their priority and just a bother.
It was my first time in Transylvania and we chose this hotel due to it's proximity to Brasov and Bran Castle and because it had a nice spa. We arrived late and when we got there our room type was not available - so they told us we were getting upgraded. Not sure how much of an upgrade it was. We wanted two rooms with two twin beds (one bed for each person). We were given a room with a double (maybe a queen) and a pull-out couch. No doubt, it was a better room type. But not what we wanted, because it forced one of us to sleep on the couch and one on the bed. But alas, a small detail overall. I think it would be wise to store an extra comforter in the closet for the rooms with a couch, it would've been nice to be able to crash immediately upon entry. The hotel itself was lovely, well maintained and modern. Great views and great location. Breakfast was good - but the staff chased us out because my buddy tried leaving with a baguette in his hand. I found that odd - but oh well. Spa was great, the treatments were wide ranging and well priced. The outdoor hot tub was closed (which believe it or not was about 40% of the reason we booked this place). The indoor hot tub was... well, not hot. Kind of a bummer. Because of all of this, overall I'd bump it down to a 4/5 - but your results may vary. I highly suggest you wake up early and head to Brasov before the crowds hit. One of the highlights of our trip was walking around town with an espresso and empty streets.
