"The stay was great. The balcony could use a little work but enjoyed it completely. The absolute ONLY complaint was it sounded like a herd of elephants above me. I was there 2 nights. Thought the problem was the people staying there but they left and the second night was just as loud."

"Comfortable bed, wonderful view, quiet location. Make sure you arrive with a jeep, truck, or AWD car as climbing up the gravel drive is steep and rugged. Amenities are plenty and Starlink internet is strong. Verify with owner that they are stocked up on toilet paper and paper towels. Also make sure you're able to climb the ladder upstairs to the loft bed. Well decorated and new feeling as of late 2026. Owner was available when needed. Depending on where exactly in Hot Springs you want to go, the drive can take 25 to 40 minutes. I would recommend this place for a couple's get away. Although be aware this County has no alcohol sales on Sundays."

"Group of 27 ppl, ages 3-79, and still had open beds. We rent luxury cabins each year this time of year and this property was the best one yet. The elders especially loved the Farmhouse sleeping accommodations. The kids lived their best lives, and the adults enjoyed every bit of the property. I loved all the hardware and fixtures in the Farmhouse. Stained concrete floors were beautiful. Two full refrigerators, half bath with full washer and dryer that worked great. More than enough dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The full kitchen in the other house (we called it the Whitehouse) was kind of a hodgepodge of all that stuff put together but still served its purpose nicely. We all agreed that the Farmhouse & Co. was the best accommodations to date. We were going to book it again next year, but the price has increased significantly and rightfully so. I highly recommend this property for extra-large groups like ours. Oh, and the weather was perfect our entire stay."

"The location is fabulous, next to the lake and easy on and off highway. Biggest con, their beds/mattresses are “old”, not comfortable, sizes are odd compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. This was our second visit."

"Wonderful place to stay. Great views of the lake, great yard, outdoor seating, and hot tub. The house is very clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels were soft and smelled wonderful. We had a great stay and look forward to returning again soon."

"We booked this property for 4 nights . Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. Check in was simple, The house is spacious with a living area large enough for our group. Having a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry was great. But, the true highlight was the POOL It was clean and perfect the temp. The cabana/ pool house area was a big hit. The pool table, corn hole, TV, etc kept everyone entertained. Plenty of pool toys and beach towels. We had a wonderful visit. Highly recommend."
