"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. "The apartment was in good condition but it was unexpected not to have windows (other than a shuttered one in the kitchen to the inner foyer area). And the listing clearly says microwave (there wasn’t one) and laundry facilities (there were but not for guest access). That last was a huge issue but with a lot of pressure we were given access to the washer/dryer. "

"Hotel was lovely, generally. Staff very friendly and hardworking Locality beautiful Breakfast lovely Evening buffet - food often luke warm Negatives Queues too long at beach bar - up to 30 minutes for a drink- desperately needs more staff as they were rushed off their feet. Reception needs a map of the area- had no idea that we could walk to other beaches from hotel until last day. (we had not hired a car) Not told we could do activities independently by reception. eg. We wanted to go whale watching - this is only available on a Sunday and were 'put off' doing it individually as it was 'so far away'. Turns out you can do in next town. Hotel really quiet one night - turns out there was a band in the next hotel - no information about this Toilet paper needs a hold in room bathrooms as sitting on the sink it gets splashed by taps - just a small thing!"
