"this hotel is very cute. The people are extremely nice. I’m just a little bit of upset because if you book on Expedia, they actually make you pay the taxes again at the actual property which makes no sense to me so literally now I have to call Expedia and fight for them to give me some money back because I had to double pay the taxes at the property again it makes no sense but they did give me a receipt and they say that that happens with Expedia because Expedia doesn’t pay them the taxes that they’re supposed to."

"We arrived about 45 minutes early, was told "sheets are in the dryer", have a drink/lunch or check out property. Heard from other early guests they were told the same. Unsurprisingly at 3:01 rooms were ready. I've never experienced anywhere i traveled, and was a bit early, checkin would be stated time. The weather was awful, just wanted to relax."

"The hosts were very responsive and helpful before we got there and once we were there. The House is set up so that you can have common areas between two families, bedroom and bath on one side. Two bedrooms and one bath on the other side with a living room kitchen in between. You will definitely need bug spray if you plan on having a campfire but sitting and listening to the waves coming off the lake is definitely worth it."

"Property incredible! Next year will plan to spend more time at the property for some down time. Many classes but forgot to rest in-between. Property owner is very gracious and open to discussing whatever😄. Will try again next year"

"Rosemary was an excellent host.She was available if needed and precise on her directions on where to park and how to enter the cabins.Her beautiful home is on the expansive property and she greeted us upon our arrival.The cabins were clean and inviting.Guests have access to stairs down to the shore line where we were treated with beautiful sunsets! You do have to take your belongings across the lawn from the driveway,approximately thirty yards."

"The motel, while a bit dated, was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. We didn't use any of the amenities so I can't comment on them. The Chautauqua Belle is nearby and was a wonderful way to spend a summer afternoon. I would definitely stay at Webers again."

"If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place for you. Directly located on the beach with soothing waves from the lake. The host provides almost everything you need for your stay from shaving cream, shampoo, to spices for you to cook with. It Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. The host truly cares about your comfort and makes your stay relaxing. It was great to talk to the host about the property’s history and her recommendations for the area. We visited the towns of Erie and Buffalo which is not far from the house."

"My two sisters and I went for a three day trip to this lovely home. The kitchen has been updated and has ample dinner ware. There is a combined Keurig pot or pod coffee maker. If you prefer to make individual cups, bring your own pods. A few days worth of coffee grounds is provided with filters. The house is in a great location--across from the Barcelona Light house. From our outside upper porch or inside on the dining room table, we watched the boats and people walking the safe streets. There is a beach across the street and down the hill which we learned about during our last day. This location is excellent for accessing I-90 or driving along the lakefront to different small towns. The back yard overlooks grape vineyards and the flowering shrubbery was lovely."
