Comfy Beach Condo with Parking

Our 440 sq. ft. comfy condo is open concept with a brand new bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and all-new furniture.

Literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

440 sq feet, two (2) bedroom, one (1) full bath

Prime location, 3 minute walk to the beach!

Living Room: open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Oven and Stove, with kitchen island for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

Includes one (1) parking spot directly outside your door; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

We also provide two (2) beach badges good for two (2) adults, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

You have the entire place to yourself!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the Airbnb app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

You will have your own parking spot directly in front of the condo.

Great little place in a great location!

Perfect location in between jenks inlet and the main section of the aquarium. Quiet area and an easy walk. Place is super cute and clean.

Great location for a shore getaway

This was my first time bringing my family to Point Pleasant. This place was just off the boardwalk and 1 block from the beach. It was the perfect place to crash after a long day on the beach and boardwalk. It was clean and neat, and despite showing up early, the host was very accomodating.

Great spot

Really enjoyed the stay. Meant for a more family or relaxed time than young adult. Property manager promptly helped resolved concerns. Glad to know they regularly vosit the Property which gives it a personal touch.

The location and cleanliness of this property are amazing! Steps from the beach and the unit recently all updated and fully stocked. We also appreciated the parking spot and flexibility to rent for less than 1 week. The communication with the owners was one of the best we’ve had w a short term rental. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 for overall is due to the size. The listing does clearly state the size but it is pretty tight (for the 4 of us). We spent most of the days outdoor so wasn’t a huge deal.

Fabulous location

Owner was more than amazing. The last condo on the end (#8) not by Karl had a really bad odor coming out of the unit. We think it was mold. Very foul smell, not our unit
