Large 3 level home on lagoon. Only a few minute drive to Bay Head and Point Pleasant beaches. Immaculate waterfront home. Lower level has pool table, refrigerator, sofa, TV, sliders to fenced yard. Floating dock - bring your water toys! Adirondack chairs overlook the lagoon. Large screened room with ceiling fan. Kitchen has 9' island. Adjacent large family room. Separate living room. Huge en suite primary BR with private deck plus 3 more large bedrooms! Quiet street. 30 day minimum.
The space
House is set up to enjoy the Summer at the shore. 3 levels gives plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Gas grill on the spacious deck off kitchen. Wifi. Sonos music system. Large custom cedar shower.
Front porch is great for sunsets. 2 Rear elevated decks overlook the lagoon. Large screened porch with ceiling fan on ground level. Covered patio. Close to restaurants, parks, and the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk.
