The first floor consists of an open concept kitchen and living room area, which opens to an outside deck, 1 bedroom, full bath and washer and dryer. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Enjoy grilling and relaxing outside. The house comes with on site parking, permit parking passes (2), beach badges (6), beach chairs (4), as well as beach umbrellas (2).
