The Parkway Beach House-Two Blocks to the beach w/in ground heated s/water pool

  • Step into this immaculate and spacious 6 bedroom/3 bathroom home that's full of fun entertainment that will have your family wanting more! The house was fully renovated in 2021 with $350,000 budget , making the house a high-end resort facility equipped with state of the art appliances and furniture. Additional renovations were made with a focus on a backyard. Pool now equipped with a latest generation of the Hayward water heating / lighting solution. Another recent addition is "grill paradise island" which include 40'' professional grill, side burner, sink, fridge, paper towel drawer, garbage collector and 62'' natural gas firepit.

    Saltwater pool is open starting from May 1st until November 1st with water temperature guaranteed to be around 85 degrees.

    As an additional welcome gesture, 2 bicycles will be included for your convenience.
