Dear Client, thank you for taking the time to share your review with us, we would like to clarify the situation for everyone. You booked a stay with us from the 8th to the 11th January and it is only when you did not check-in at the residence on the 8th January that we learnt that you were not coming and have asked Expedia to cancel your stay due to the cyclone (to be noted that there was no cyclone during this period, it was there from the 29th – 31st December 2019) Unfortunately the free cancellation period was already over and trust you were no more eligible to a reimbursement. We are sorry about this situation and hope that you will be willing to give us a chance in the future to come and stay in one of our residence. Best Regards,

We are glad to read that you found the apartments to be beautiful and spacious and would like to thank you for your kind words on our staff which you found to be very polite. However, we are sorry to read about the concerns that you have raised namely area – we would like to point out that Bel Azur is located at Trou aux Biches, to be noted that this area starts before the Veranda Hotel and goes up to Beachcomber hotel. Reception – there is indeed no reception on site, however there is a Resident Supervisor on site, Guest Relations Team to do the check-in formalities and assist during your stay as well as a 24/7 emergency number should there be any emergency during clients’ stay. Airport drop-off – we are sorry about same and will investigate with the team to know what happen exactly. We are sorry that your overall stay did not meet your expectations and would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused, nevertheless we hope that you will be willing to give us another chance in the future to turn your experience around. We are glad to hear that you found the apartment to be wonderful but are sorry to hear about the concerns that you have raised. Skin rash from pool – We are sorry to hear on same, nothing was never mentioned to us while you were staying at the property, even if no similar complaints were received, we have requested an immediate review by the Operations team. Mirror breakage – it is unfortunate that this bizarre occurrence happened during your stay, it is something that could not be foreseen, we trust that we have been able to assist you promptly as a light cleaning was done on the night that same happened and a deep cleaning of the entire living room, balcony, kitchen counters & sofa were done the following early morning. Lack of communication – we are sorry that you found our communication unsatisfactory but disagree with this comments as our Guest Relations, Tegan was in constant communication with you on WhatsApp even late at night and also visited you twice onsite. Three days without water – we would like once more to extend our sincere apologies in respect to the water issue that happened on Saturday 4th August till Monday 6th August, as explained a problem occurred with the pump which resulted in a small amount or if not, no water at all during these days. In our attempt to provide meaningful compensation, a 50% refund was paid to you regarding the affected days. A temporary shower room – when you requested a place to shower and go to the bathroom, we responded on the same day offering you a room in one of our property nearby for the remaining of your stay, proposal which was however declined.Nevertheless, we hope that you would be willing to give us a chance to turn your experience around as it would be a pleasure for us to welcome you back.
