"Lovely hotel 50mins drive from airport - comprises of villas only. Well maintained modern/ colonial type decor. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food is excellent- exceeded expectations. 3 restaurants on site, plus you can use your credit at the 3 restaurants at the Sands Hotel next door ( sister hotel). Snorkelling on site not great, but they offer complimentary snorkelling trips further out. Beach is lovely but beach beds could do with new mattresses. Spa is very busy and good- needs...

"The staff were some of the best I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Mauritius. The hotel has great links to the airport, and there are a range of things to do/see and eat with its three restaurant options (all of which serve extremely high quality food). 10/10 for me, the staff truly made the experience so special. "We had an excellent stay at the Oberoi. All the staff were attentive and so sweet. From check in with Vindi who was so great at telling us all we needed to know. The grounds are so beautiful, the beach was perfect, the pools were clean and so refreshing! Oh and the food! Fantastic! The rooms are maintained well and we had turn down service every evening with beautiful towel designs. Special shoutout to Natasha and Niki at the Herb Trail restaurant who was super friendly and accommodating. Maya...
