"Excellent cottage! Super quirky and perfect for a large group. "Stillness was a lovely property which had everything we needed while visiting family. It's set in a beautiful area and there are lots of lovely touches around the grounds, such as giant chess, woodland walks and a Forget me not garden. The property was small but perfect for us, I didn't realise the back gate and through the garden was the only entrance, this was a little challenging to navigate with my nervous rescue dog when the daily hot tub maintenance was due to happen, but this only took...

8/10 Good

Stayed here 10 years ago, and it was just as nice as the first time. The hotel itself and the staff & food were all top rate. Our room had a gigantic baolcony and a four poster bed, and a newly redone bathroom. The only complaint is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable at all. Hopefully it is the next thing on their 'to do' list.
