"We got a call from Michelle and she was very friendly. They offered us a free upgrade to a grand suite, which was very nice. The Burger House onsite had very good food. The breakfast was also very good. Hotel and rooms were very clean with a good exercise room also. This is the second time we have stayed here overnight. We were also able to check in a little early which we really appreciated."

"The lady at the front desk was so nice! We checked in late after a long grueling drive and really apriciated her kindness. The room was nice and clean. Lots of hot water for the shower. The lady who was stocking the breakfast was also very nice. We usually stop in Winnemucca when we pass through but will be stoping in Elko now. Also they have an indoor pool with generous open hours. We didn't bring our suits this trip but will for sure next time. We'll definitely be back."
