About this property

Apartment

  • A beautiful 33-square-meter apartment ideally located in the heart of the city. Located on the “Plateau Poitevin,” just a 100-meter walk from the main Town Hall Square, Place du Maréchal Leclerc. 150 metres from the Carnot Car Park, next to the City Market. Located on a quiet side street with parking available. A lively area featuring Poitiers’ best restaurants and trendy bars. Enjoy the vibrant city centre area life. Just 2.3 km from the train station; the apartment is easily accessible via the large pedestrian bridge. In the building’s lobby, you can store your bike (with a lock) or your electric scooter. Poitiers is a “green” city with a large student population, and it ranks first for quality of life for remote workers. You’re 15 km from Futuroscope for fans, and Blossac Park—the city’s “green lung”—is just a 300-meter walk away. Everything you need for a great stay, whatever your interests. The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay in Poitiers a fantastic one!
