Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

SCAM

We arrived and the owner told us that they had no deal with hotels.com and we had to pay again if we wanted to stay. Eventhough the hotel was already paid for. Hotels.com has no email support for things like this. So I just got scammed out of my money somehow. Don't book here.
