EAGLES LANDING - THE VINTAGE HOLIDAY HOUSES

Eagles Landing is in the beautiful Jacaranda's Precinct. This split level architecturally designed golf frontage residence is a home for all seasons with indoor and outdoor living at its best. There are large bi-fold timber doors that open from the oversized kitchen and living room and flow through to the enormous timber entertaining area with barbecue and outdoor dining by the in-ground swimming pool. Relax with a glass of wine next to the wood fireplace in winter or enjoy a barbecue with friends and family by the swimming pool in the warmer summer months.



ACCOMMODATION FEATURES


Accommodating up to 8 guests.
First Level incorporates a Master Suite with a king bed, ensuite with bath and private balcony overlooking the pool with a second bedroom containing a queen bed with private balcony overlooking the pool.
Second Level has 2 bedrooms each consisting of a king split bed, both with private balcony access. These bedrooms have the combined use of a bathroom with shower and separate powder room with toilet.
The lower ground level has an oversized open plan kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and dining room.
The grand lounge room with large bi fold doors opens out to the rear entertaining area consisting of a timber deck with BBQ, in-ground swimming pool and back yard.
