Our Tiny Houses have all of the necessities (e.g. hot showers and toilets) and are located on the award winning Vintry property. These farm stay NSW retreats are located in Central Pokolbin, the heart of the Hunter Valley vineyards just 2 hours drive from Sydney. More than 150 wineries, restaurants, sweeping landscapes and mobs of kangaroos.

The Space:
Tiny House 888 is located in a rural locality in Hunter Region close to Usher Tinkler Winery, where you can enjoy a delicious selection of food and wine, great service, and friendly staff to help you. A comfortable accommodation located 2 hours from Sydney, with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
