Perfect location but older property
The property was in an amazing location, just down the road from cypress lakes, however the property itself is well below average. Lamps were missing globes, bathrooms were run down and old, aircon in one room wasn't working, remote control for one TV missing and one bedroom clearly had a water leak which hadn't been repaired. You're clearly paying for the location. So if you're expecting luxury, then then this isn't for you.

Comfortable and central place
Place was nice for our two families. We enjoyed how central was from things. The golf course and area where these houses are located is nice, we wished we had access to the complex pool and tennis courts but we only had access to anither pool that was not ok but not as good as the one from the club.

Fantastic break away with friends!
We loved this villa, plenty of room and in a lovely quiet spot. We’ve stayed at other villas but the size of this one was perfect for us. We had a small issue with the bed configuration but it was fixed within 30mins of us calling. Great service and will definitely be back

Mother's Getaway
Received the check in code however the property was still being cleaned when we arrived at 2 pm. It wasn't finished till 2.30 pm. We were told the three king beds could be split into single beds. Only one king bed could be split, there were five of us. The kitchen crockery was put away dirty with baked on food on many of the plates. No dishwasher tablets or powder. No tea towels. Our first night we wanted to use the oven. The oven door wouldn't close properly therefore we had to place a chair in-front of the oven door to keep it closed. The previous tenant must have reported the oven because a repairman turned up the following evening at 7.30pm. Apart from all of the above, It's a great property. Managing agent is letting the owner down.

The Name Says It All
Vista - a picture perfect location! We love this Villa so much it's bound to become our go to for Hunter meetings. 3 big bedrooms with crisp linen. Huge verandah set amongst the bush and central to everything. Great for business travelers like us giving us space for privacy but a spacious lounge area to socialise at night. Ticks all the boxes for business, friends or families. Thanks for another great stay Weekenda.

Villa Perfect
There is so much to choose from in Cypress Lakes but we are so glad we came across Vista. A short stay but very comfortable. Bed sheets were so crisp. Big balcony to enjoy a glass or two (or three). We could't fault it. Perfect for our group of business travelers.

Chose Vista from the photo's and haven't been disappointed. Very well laid out. Close to our favourite winery Brokenwood. Weekenda are very easy to deal with.

Rundown
We were all looking forward to our stay at Cypress Lakes but we were disappointed. The location is great overlooking the golf course however the apartment is very rundown and not very clean. We had an 11 month old finding someone else's Lego and other unknown items on the living room floor. The Wi-Fi didn't work and even though Krista from weekenda responded very quickly, on a public holiday, to my call for help I didn't have time to fully troubleshoot the problem.
