"Great for families. Location is perfect. Space was very clean. Balcony cant be used as freely as it is facing right at the parking entrance, so a lot of cars pass by as you are trying to sit and relax. Also every evening around 6 pm the closest elevator went under maintenance for some time(we stayed for 4 nights and it happened every night). This caused a hastle as the other elevator is a bit of a walk. Other than this, the stay was great."

"Nice hot tubs! Don’t get a room at the back on the lower level. Feels like you’re in a basement. The restaurant was good but very expensive. Better options in town. Bit if a qalk to downtown."

"Rooms are clean. They provide you with towels, pans, coffee maker, etc. Couldn't use the hot tub which I was looking forward too because it is occupied and it's small. But, that's okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. You could tell that the lodge is old but its maintained enough to what you pay. The appliances were clean and usable. Had some issues with the TV cable but we figured it out. Little to no noise of surroundings. Nice outside view of the mountains. Plenty of parking. You may not be able to park where your room is sometimes. Overall, awesome place. Would comeback again."

"Well positioned hotel for travellers driving into the Rockies. Good sized rooms and the fridge was useful during our stay. A great and affordable way to spend a few days heading into the Banff area. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Only negative was noisey guests talking loudly in the corridor late at night and also at 4am in the morning."
