Just a short drive from Pollensa, Ca'n Volantí is a spacious and comfortable property, perfect for family holidays and is very close to Pollensa's old town.

The villa itself has air conditioning throughout and is furnished in a modern style, using a colour palette of fresh natural tones. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor, the entrance is into a living room which gives access to a fully equipped modern kitchen with island, the kitchen-dining area gives access to the outside terrace where you can find an outside dining table. All bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned and individually decorated, there are also 2 full bathrooms with showers. In the outside area, under the covered terrace there is a comfortable modern sofa.

This villa is best suited for those looking for some space but still conveniently close to amenities. The villa is a 15-minute walk from Pollença Town and is also just a 5-minute drive from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenç, with a wide selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, boat rentals and water sports activities.
