This 2nd-floor Penthouse with private terrace and private pool is modernly decorated and located only a short stroll away from the sandy beach in one of the most popular areas of Puerto Pollensa, and a mere 10-minute walk to the main square. The apartment has nice mountain and swimming pool views from the terrace which has a large 6 seating dining table for al fresco meals. Ideal for families or group of friends willing to get around on foot and not worry about renting a car as everything is accessible just by a nice walk along the beach. The apartments are located in the complex with shared swimming pool which is perfect for lazy summer days. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. There is a maximum capacity for 6 guests in the property. The kitchen is large and spaceful, and is fully equipped with all the necessary for a holiday apartment. The living room stands out for it's fresh decoration, making it very accomodating and will make you feel like home. What stands out for this apartment, is the private terrace which is situated on the upper floor of the apartment, with your own private pool and your own private BBQ. It is also very spaceful.
