Type of building: Detached house. no youth groups. Finca Bennassar is a beautiful stone-lined house with a lot of character and is also a fantastic choice due to its location, being halfway between Puerto Pollensa and the town of Pollensa.
The Bennassar farm stands out for its exterior, located in a field of olive trees, and for its stone terraces, in which a centenary carob tree is located that offers a refreshing shade to whoever wants it. Next to it is a stone bridge that crosses a small but charming pond with plants, and the pool, asymmetrically shaped and large. There is a large outdoor area with several loungers where you can relax and sunbathe, as well as a practical covered barbecue area where you can enjoy a good grill.
Upon entering the house, we find a spacious living room with interior walls lined with stone and an ornamental fireplace. In addition, here you will find a double room with pastel colored walls, and a double room with a private terrace, which offers fabulous views of the pool and the olive grove that the estate has. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom. The fourth room is located in an annex, with its own exterior access and very close to the main entrance. It is a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom.
