The Nur apartment is just in front of the beach, in one of the most beautiful parts of Mallorca. The apartment occupies an enviable position in the heart of Puerto de Pollensa and is just a few kilometres from the charming historic town of Pollensa, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente. Ideal for enjoying pleasant beach holidays in a tourist setting with family or friends.
The property is located on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity of 5 people, this modern and comfortable accommodation has everything necessary to spend some lovely holidays. A paradise by the sea!
This apartment is located in a privileged location just a few steps away from the crystalline waters of Puerto Pollensa beach. A beach with fine white sand and warm waters equipped with all facilities, sun loungers, umbrellas, water sports, beach bars and restaurants, as well as a promenade that runs along the bay to enjoy the surroundings.
The living and dining area has comfortable sofas, an ornamental fireplace and a flat-screen television. There is a set of patio doors from the living area open to the shaded terrace with sea views.
There is a modern kitchen; it is well equipped with modern appliances and a spacious worktop. The kitchen has a full oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
The Nur Apartment has 3 bedrooms; all are decorated in fresh tones. There is a bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, near the kitchen. And the other two are located along the corridor, just opposite the entrance and dining room. One is a double bed bedroom and the other is a single bed bedroom. Next to these two rooms there is another bathroom.
Outside, the Nur apartment has all the necessary ingredients for a relaxing family holiday. A dining table and chairs are in the shade of the sun, accompanied by a perfect barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. It also has a wonderful outdoor sofa and after meals you can enjoy fantastic sea views and relax comfortably.
The Nur Apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. (Travel cot and high chair FREE available upon request).

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
