Villa El Crever is a 200-year-old house that has been tastefully restored by its owners. During the winter of 2020-2021, it underwent a meticulous renovation that blends modern style with the traditional elements of an old Mallorcan house. The result is a much more contemporary home, adapted to modern times while preserving the character of the old local architecture. Among the improvements made in this latest renovation are the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, the renovation of all bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring, and new, modern lighting throughout the house. The property is situated midway along a secondary road connecting the town of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. This convenient location offers quick and easy access to Port de Pollensa (renowned for its beautiful coastline, stunning beaches, and wide variety of shops and restaurants), as well as proximity to the historic town of Pollensa, where you'll also find a rich cultural and culinary scene. The main entrance leads into a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful arched archway. From here, you can access the kitchen, arguably the part of the house that has best preserved the property's original style. However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom and two full bathrooms. From the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll first find a living room furnished with sofas, perfect for enjoying a movie on the magnificent 65-inch television. The smart TV is equipped with Wi-Fi so guests can access their Amazon, Netflix, and other streaming services. Upstairs, you'll also find the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite), as well as a terrace with sweeping views. It's worth noting that the house offers various bed configurations, with some beds being convertible to double beds (upon request), allowing for a layout with three double beds and two twin beds. Outside, the floors of which have also been completely renovated, there's a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as a covered terrace furnished with everything you need to enjoy al fresco meals (prepared on the barbecue provided). And of course, there's the swimming pool where you can cool off. One of the terraces also features a pool table, perfect for spending quality time with friends or family. Finally, it's worth mentioning that the area where this villa is located is ideal for walks and bike rides, as there are several quiet side paths. The property also offers free Wi-Fi.
