Villa Alexandria is a very special villa located just 300 meters from the impressive Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, with numerous restaurants and bars also at a similar distance.



The property has a large lawn area on one of its sides. The swimming pool is at the back of the house, and next to it there is a fantastic barbecue area, ideal for dining outdoors before going for a walk in the center of this quiet and welcoming place that is Cala San Vicente. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen that overlooks the rear terrace.



The villa has managed to retain a traditional touch, to which modern touches have been added with great taste. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). There is a beautiful and spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with doors leading to the pool area.
