The comfortable and nicely furnished apartment Can Fiol II is situated in Port de Pollença, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina, and is only a few metres from the beach. The 85 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The highlight of the apartment is certainly the wonderful private outdoor area, where you can start the day with breakfast on the open and covered terrace with seating furniture and nice views of the surrounding mountains and onto the sea, and there is also a balcony with direct views of the sea. In the evenings you can enjoy tasty dinners from the barbecue and a glass of wine while you listen to the waves. From the apartment, you can reach supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants within 2-5 minutes on foot (150-450 m), while a pharmacy is 600 m or a 7-minute walk away, in the centre of the town. The sandy beach, with many cafés and restaurants lined up along it, is only 100 m from your doorstep. There you can swim in the bay and explore the promenade and the marina. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 45-minute drive (60 km), and the city’s airport is a 50-minute drive (68 km) away.

A lovely spacious apartment only 2 minutes walk from the beach.

Our 2nd visit to beautiful Puerto Pollensa. This 2 bedroom apartment is well equipped and in very good condition. The location is ideal being close to the beach, lots of restaurants and the Pine Walk area. The rooftop terrace has fabulous views and comfy furniture. Highly recommend this apartment.

Gute Lage,

Pros: Große Wohnbereich. Unkomplizierter Ein- und Auszug. Sogar ein hochwertiger Flaschenöffner wurde unaufgefordert gebracht. Cons: Markise auf der Dachterrasse funktionierte nicht, insgesamt KLEINE Renovierungen wären angebracht (wirklich kleine).
