Beautiful country house in the village of Pollença, ideal for families with children and groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people. You will enjoy the charming exterior of this house as it has terraces, porches and garden areas. You can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or just play with the childres on the lawn, which surrounds part of the house. The furnished terrace with two armchairs and a cozy sofa is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a glass of good Mallorcan wine. The fully furnished porch is ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends or to prepare a delicious barbecue. The privacy of the house is total and the property is fenced.
Around 210 m² of living space spread over two floors will make your holiday a wonderful time of relaxation and rest. The ground floor welcomes you with a living-dining room where you can watch your favourite series on satellite TV, alongside a comfortable table and chairs for family meals. The separate kitchen is spacious, equipped with a ceramic hob, and has all the utensils you need to cook your best dishes. This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. On this floor there is also a third bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a terrace offering beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
Pollença is a beautiful village at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana inhabited mainly by local poeple. It has a port with about 7 km of wonderful beaches and a rich commercial and hostelry life that will allow you to stroll through its shops or to taste the typical food in its restaurants of fresh fish or typical Mallorcan food. The history of Pollença can be lived walking through its old town preserved intact for years. You can go hiking and visit the Sanctuary of Lluc, the village of Llucalcari or the Escorca hidden in our Sierra.

First class property, very clean and well laid out and obviously well cared for . There are three patios so you can find the sun at any time , the front one can offer shade . All facilities very well catered for. Very convenient for both Old Pollença which is charming a the more modern Port de Pollenca . Can be tricky to find , head out of Pollença towards the Port on Ma 2200 and 150 yards before Lidl on your right there is a white stone marker with 54 on it . Directly opposite is a very , very narrow lane with a no through road sign , the house is the last on the left . Enjoy.
Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .
All the facilities within the villa are of the highest order and quality,the outside spaces a delicous blend of green and shade.The veranda area cool and relaxing,admired the barbecue area, very well provided,if it gets too hot take a shower yes there's an inside shower /wash basin near it.A gentle stroll takes you into Pollenca in 15 mins.Safe property with remote gate access on a quite lane.Small torch handy for late returns.Any queries were quickly delt with by Homerti who service the property.Adored this deceptively large villa and recommend highly.
The only problem that we had was finding the property. The Sat Nav took us to a remote road through the very narrow roads of the town. It was after midnight and after driving around in a confused state for about an hour we contacted the owner through the website contact and she met us at Aldi and took us straight there. It may have been our fault or the Satnavs!!!!!!!! The accommodation was lovely but take something to combat the mosquitoes.

Sehr schönes Haus.
Der Aufenthalt in der Finca hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr schönes Haus.
Das Haus liegt wunderbar zentral zu Pollenca und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und die Einrichtung, auch wenn etwas älter, sehr gepflegt. Die Agentur und der Besitzer sind sehr nett und kümmern sich bei Anfragen sehr schnell. Aber: zu unserer Reisezeit im September herrschte eine regelrechte Mückenplage. Wir konnten weder nachts noch tagsüber lüften, weil die asiatische Tigermücke auch tagsüber unterwegs ist. Sobald wir eine Tür oder Fenster öffneten, kamen die Mücken rein … Mückenschutz a den Fenstern würden wir daher unbedingt empfehlen. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön.

Very nice apartment
Very nice apartment voor 4-6 people with a great outdoor garden and bbq. The apartment has a nice character, it is not new but very well renovated and maintained. Checkin is very easy with the keybox and communication with Homerti is excellent. We had a couple of requests during our stay and they were quick to answer. Beds are nice, showers as well. Living room is comfortable for 3 people. Maybe an extra couch if you are staying with more than 3 would be nice. The garden and terrace is really nice. Beautiful garden and great outdoor facilities for a bbq. Only thing to keep in mind are the musquitos during the day (yes during the day). Buy some really strong insect repellent, then it's fine. Location is also nice. In just 10 min driving you're at the beach and within 3 min drive you are in the old town of Pollenca. All together we had a very nice stay, would definitely recommend it!

We were a family of 5 (6, 8 and 11) and we absolutely loved the house and loved our stay. The terrace is large and is a great family area for dining, card games, board games and spending time together. The house is clean, well appointed, tasteful and has a lot of little touches we appreciated such as the outside rooms with the shower and the washing machine and even a small pool table. There are plenty of beaches in close proximity, Cala st Vincenc is excellent. Pollenca is nice with a market on Sunday, shops are close and we walked down the road to a nice restaurant with a garden and play area for the kids with swings and a slide (Placeta Garden). The quality of the accommodation certainly contributed to a fantastic holiday.

Maison très bien tenue et équipée dans un quartier résidentiel, avec un très beau jardin. Proche de la route entre Pollensa et Puerto Pollensa mais le bruit de la circulation n'est pas trop gênant contrairement aux Coqs des voisins qui commencent à chanter tôt ! La clim et les moustiquaires seraient un plus à l'avenir car il a fait chaud.
