This fabulous apartment enjoys a privileged location as it is located on the first line of Puerto de Pollença. The beach is right in front, the views of the bay are magnificent, and the varied range of restaurants and shops is at street level as it is in the heart of the promenade. Upon entering the apartment, we are welcomed by a living-dining room with an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and a large refrigerator. The room is pleasant and cozy thanks to its natural light and comfortable furniture.From the living room you have access to the private terrace, provided with a table and chairs to enjoy meals and after-dinner conversations with the splendid views it offers.
