  • Just 2.4km away from the old town of Pollença, Villa Font Campo offers an excellent location. In addition, a few of the island's best beaches are within easy driving distance.



    This charming villa offers beautiful views towards the mountains of "La Font". It is the perfect place for families or groups of friends, as the exterior of the villa offers several leisure opportunities, such as a large and very original round shaped swimming pool, which can also be heated, a covered barbecue area in traditional style, with a large table and chairs, ideal for enjoying summer lunches and dinners, as well as a pretty and well kept garden.



    The interior of the property has a cosy atmosphere. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other one with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and there is a bright living/dining area with two comfortable sofas, television, and a dining table with chairs.

Cosy villa with lovely outdoor spaces, good location if you have a car and are happy to drive

The kitchen had every utensil you could want and good number of cups/plates etc. The location is good for proximity to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa town, Cala Vincenc (4 lovely coves) and a day trip to the Formentor national park. The owner came and dealt with problems with the aircon as soon as it was reported. The villa is quaint and looks like a spanish home that has been in the family for generations. It doesn't have fancy mod cons, but doesn't need it. If you want a luxury feel, it's not for you, but we really liked it. Only 40 mins drive from Palma town and the airport. It is a 6 min walk from Lidl, so easy to stock up on food/drink. The owner also came to test the pool balance and was very friendly. Good, prompt comms with the agents/owners. It was very difficult to find but the agents have promised to improve the arrival instructions. The pool is heated, but it could only be heated to 24 degrees in October (it doesn't have a cover), which meant that we didn't really use it as it wasn't comfortable. The main bed in the master bedroom was incredibly hard and gave us back ache - again a personal preference rather than a problem as such. The weather wasn't great when we were there - if it had been hotter we may have not noticed the pool temperature.

Nous avons apprécié la facilité d'entrée dans la maison à midi au lieu de 16h, la propreté de la maison, le magnifique jardin et la piscine chauffée, le calme, la proximité de Pollença ville et plage, le contact avec le monsieur qui s'occupe de la piscine et avec l'agence. L'entrée de la maison est difficile à trouver, il n'est pas précisé qu'il faut d'abord franchir le portail d'une autre propriété privée pour accéder au portail de la villa donc impossible à trouver sans l'aide d'un voisin. Par ailleurs les matelas ne sont pas confortables.
