Cosy house in an unbeatable location between Pollença village and the Port of Pollença, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A good arrange of beautiful beaches are also within a short distance by car. The house is located in a quiet and very green area, surrounded by a very well kept and echanting garden. The furniture of the villa is traditional in style and with the characteristic charm of the island, offering all the necessary comforts for a perfect holiday. There is a living/dining room with a lovely fire place, and a large, brand new and modern kitchen, fully equipped and with breakfast area. All four bedrooms have plenty of light and views of the garden. Outside, there are several pleasant areas, a shaded terrace in front of the house, and behind is a spectacular barbecue area to enjoy relaxing summer meals. The swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and hedges and has plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a utility room and an outside bathroom.
