Spacious, newly renovated apartment just 100 meters from the beach. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living/dining area, and a sunny terrace. You also have exclusive access to a rooftop solarium. The apartment is fitted with heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with international channels. The main square is only 50 meters away, and nearby you’ll find restaurants, taxis, supermarkets, bike rentals, tennis courts, and access to Formentor Beach as well as the coves Figuera, Murta, and Sant Vicent.



This is an ideal option for a relaxing holiday. The property is part of a building with three independent apartments, which can be booked separately or together—perfect for groups or families traveling together who want to stay in the same building while maintaining privacy.

Nice Modern Apartment Around Corner From Beach Boardwalk

Great location in Port Pollenca a very short walk to beach boardwalk and a huge selection of restaurants. We had a great stay using the apartment as a base to explore from. Hosts were super attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would like to come back for a cycling trip (multiple units available in same building for larger groups) and a longer visit.

The apartment had everything you need for a stay in Pollensa. It is such a great location, close to all the local shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Unfortunately during our stay there was a water supply issue to the town, which meant for over half our stay we did not have running water which made it a challenge for 7 women…no showers before dinner or ability to flush the toilets or wash up after dinner. Other local establishments did not have this issue, which seems to indicate that the water that was available was used by the local hotels and restaurants, with private apartments lower down the priority list. The host was great at communicating to let us know what was going on, but no alternatives or support were offered (such as supplying some bottled water or perhaps suggesting another location for showering or using a toilet). Compensation of 20% off a future stay was offered as a result of this, but as we are unlikely to return as a group again we felt this should have been applied to this stay.
