"Amazing hotel! The property is located on a 2.5 mile boardwalk. The hotel is more on the north side of the boardwalk which in turn is quieter there. They have a beautiful breakfast buffet in the morning with an assortment of foods. The beach is right across the street. There are plenty of lounge chairs if you wish to rent. It’s nice that you don’t have to drive to the beach and get sand in the rental car. I just grabbed the towel and went across the street for a swim and left my key card with the hotel staff so I didn’t take any valuables with me. The views from my hotel room were beautiful! You will not be disappointed if you stay here."

"Room was nice however clearly designed by a man as nowhere to hang dresses & limited space so bit of a struggle if you’re a girl who likes her clothes. Facilities, location, and ease of check in excellent as were most of the staff, only exception was the day they ran out of towels which guess was teething problems given newly opened. None of this deflected from a fabulous stay and would definitely return a wonderful asset to puerto pollensa can’t wait to visit again."

"Lovely large room with a separate lounge area and balcony. Room was serviced daily and the property was clean throughout. Only minor issue was with the WiFi which was very slow and intermittent. Property is well located for main area of bars,restaurants and just one row back from the promenade. Welcome drink was appreciated."

"An elegant and quite hotel, very well positioned on the sea with excellent access and services. The only negative comment I can mention is that it was sometimes difficult to find a sunbed as some guests insisted on reserving empty beds for hours with towels and personal effects."

"It was our second visit to this Hotel, and we loved almost everything about it - especially the breakfast, and the Bar - both excellent. The only 'fly in the ointment' was the UK TV reception. We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! There are basically three English TV programs available (BBC1, BBC2 and Sky News) - all three of these stations were horribly pixelated about 50% of the time, making then almost unwatchable. We drew the Reception's attention to this three times during our stay, and each time they did try to effect some improvement, the third time getting out an aerial expert to (I think) realign the satellite dish. This helped a little, but it returned to the same problem within a day or two. Then we gave up. I think they really need to get some new equipment, which is actually up to the job! Sorry Hotel Daina, we loved everything else, but the TV was soo frustrating!"

"It was just a one night stay for our anniversary, the hotel was amazing & staff so friendly & helpful, the room was fab, bed huge & so comfortable, the only draw back is lighting as the room was overlooked we had to pull our curtains, breakfast was fab too such fresh ingredients & hot food cooked to order and how you wanted it. Location excellent in the heart of the old town."
