Ideally situated within a short drive of both Pollenca old town and the white sandy beaches and turquoise sea of pretty Puerto Pollenca, you'll find an array of amenities, shops, supermarkets, highly rated restaurants, tempting tapas bars and the local Sunday market beckoning to be explored.
Surrounded by expansive Mediterranean grounds this magnificent stone clad country home is filled with natural light, the interiors lovingly furnished with comfort and style in the traditional design of a Mallorcan farmhouse. Warm hues of burnished wood, terracotta tiled floors and natural honey toned stone are just some of the features.
The spacious open plan living dining room takes full advantage of the glorious views through patio doors that open out to the generous covered dining terrace complete with chunky wooden beams adorned with rustic lanterns and an impressive summer kitchen for long evenings spent al fresco dining beneath the stars in this idyllic setting. Next to the living area, the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen provides all that is needed for easy holiday catering with separate utility room, also on the ground floor is a spacious twin bedroom with doors to the garden, a separate shower room and a cloakroom.
From the entrance hall, an elegant tiled staircase with a beautifully crafted wrought iron banister and stone arches, leads up to the first floor where three further bedrooms and a bathroom are situated. The principal bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom and second double bedroom share a large balcony with wooden shutters and seating area overlooking the pool and stunning mountain views beyond. A further twin room with Juliette balcony has equally stunning views orientated towards the Puig Maria mountain.
The alluring pool, bordered by sun terrace, lawns and attractive shrub hedging with a shaded pergola, is the perfect spot to relax in peace and soak up the sun, enjoying views of the sheep gently grazing under the olive trees in the nearby fields.
Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. Whilst in close porximity to amenities a car is recommended. Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over. €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person. We will add this amount to your booking.
