Marina Corios is a delightful single storey stone villa redecorated in winter 2023 located in the countryside near Pollença in Mallorca, 1.8 km from Pollença Golf Course

A delightful single storey stone villa set in the countryside close to the town of Pollensa. Large iron gates lead into a courtyard which takes you to the covered terrace and pool area. The entrance door opens into a lounge/dining room with high beamed ceilings and many mallorcan features. The lounge looks out over the pool area. Next to the lounge is a small open plan kitchen,1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, (both with air conditioning) and 1 bathroom with shower. Under the covered terrace there is a built in barbecue and Mallorcan oven. There are table and chairs ideal for outside dining. Lemon and orange groves can be found in the garden. Pretty potted flowering plants give colour to the swimming pool area. The pool has stainless steel vertical rails both sides and Roman steps and a ladder step to get into the pool.

You can drive to Port de Pollença in 10 minutes, where there are restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Marina Corios is 8.6 km from Port d'Alcudia, and Hidropark Alcudia Water Park is 7.3 km away. You can drive to Palma-Mallorca Airport in 40 minutes.
