Villa Rotger - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

This is a traditional countryside villa with stunning views of the mountains just on the outskirts of Pollensa. Nuzzled away from the main road yet only a few minutes? walk from the old town it is an ideal location to relax and unwind, with the convenience of the shops and Restaurants nearby.

The villa is comfortably furnished with a mix of traditional and striking modern furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen, open Lounge/ diner and 3 bright air-conditioned bedrooms of which one is a twin.

Outside you will find comfortable seating and alfresco dining facilities under covered terraces overlooking the larger than average swimming pool and surrounding well-kept gardens. To one side there is a pool table and table tennis provided for some light entertainment.

 

*In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
