Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Most horrible experience

Tge place was run down. We spend 5 min at reception trying to wake up the person manning the front desk. He did not know we were comming, was disorganised. Our assigned room had bo toiket seat and was dark and dingy.
