"other than the problem with dishes/hot water we had a good stay The kitchen is outdated, needs to be refurbished. Having no dishwasher in a apartment for nearly 200 eur /night is very disappointing. It means you have to wash your dishes by hand BUT there is no hot water tank - instead circulation heaters are used that don't work properly so always takes time to get hot water AND very often you don't have hot water because it just does not work. So you are getting very cold and and in seconds...

"Great location, close to the ski lift, perfect for two families. Great pool, nice saunas We had to move the couch as we fell a book behind, and it was really dirty behind/under. From the pictures is was not clear to us that the fourth bedroom is in the attic, with a ladder, and really low ceiling. This could be made clear is the desciption. There are some broken/unused furniture kept in there, that could be removed."

"Sehr praktisch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz(Abstellmöglichkeiten, ausreichend Schränke/Regale, viele Haken an den Wänden). Viele Spaziermöglichkeiten mit Hund auch für eine kurze Gassirunde. Hundetoilette im Feriendorf. Schönes Hallenbad mit Saunabereich. Skilift auch für Kinder gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ferienhaus Nr. 8 gibt es zwar eine schöne Eckbank um den Esstisch, aber es fehlen bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten (Sofa, Sessel), von denen aus man Fernsehen oder einfach nur entspannen...

"Pleasant resort with all services. We used these cottages in the summer too. Ideal holiday for families with children in winter and summer. Seamless communication with the reception, willingness to provide perfect service, swimming pool and saunas. We were very satisfied as every year and look forward to our next visit. "Ein negativen Punkt hatten wir, der WLAN Router war im Erdgeschoss und wir hatten das Obergeschoss gemietet. Die Familie im Erdgeschoss hat den Router Stromlos geschaltet, warum auch immer und damit hatten wir kein Internet mehr. Die Verständigung war schwierig, sie schalteten es auf Nachfrage zwar wieder ein aber am nächsten Tag wieder aus."

"Helaas hebben wij geen positief nieuws. Bedden waren erg slecht Geen warm water om te douchen, heel jammer na een dag skiën. Legionella kennen ze waarschijnlijk niet in deze huisjes … Geen oven zodat wij de broodjes niet konden afbakken (dochter met glutenallergie dus was essentieel) Afwasmachine was er niet (op zich niet erg maar stond wel in de papieren) Erg gehorige huisjes, je hoort de buren heel duidelijk de trap op en aflopen. Het huisjes is wel groot genoeg voor 4 personen."

Der Kreischberg ist als Sommerurlaubsziel nicht ideal, da die Gondel nur an 3 Tagen fährt."

Inaccurate descrop

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the morning of checkout. No idea what was going on at all."

"The cottages was simple and comfortable, a good spring board to explore the region. Watch out for hidden charges at check in!!! We had to pay 100€ (bedding and cleaning)to get our key! We are still waiting for a refund from Expedia. "

Comftable overnight stay

"Zeitweg is a very quiet town. Self service motel which was easy to register in. Lack of lift a minor concern for me being retired and having dodgy knees. No trouble parking, quiet part of town although heard a lot of trains going through local station. Room was very cllean and tidy and had a good nights sleep."

"The hotel is a true 5-star property with outstanding rooms and service. The restaurant is excellent though an expensive option if staying more than 1 night. The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. All in all, one not to miss, particularly if you can find a good deal on the room rate."
